A novel system for mobile component testing!
The handling has been optimized by the very quick change of grinding and polishing wheels so that it requires less consumables than before, because it takes instead of SiC-paper now a zirconia alumina grinding wheel that has a very long lifetime compared to the conventional SiC-paper. After two grinding stages one starts fine grinding and pre-polishing with the easy to changing plates. At the end, you can still perform a final polishing with a PT Nap and a Two in One diamond suspension.
 
 
 
 
 
Old System:
 
Hitherto conventional rubber plates for sticking with SiC-paper and polishing cloths. It takes several rubber plates for grinding and polishing. With our system, you just need an adapter-plate and all grinding- and polishing materials can be exchanged easily with the new system.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
During grinding at the rubber plate system may arise the frictional heat to a very rapid softening of the adhesive.
Thus dissolves the SiC-paper and will quickly unusable. The tool life compared to our system is very low!
